How do I get GIMP to display the Layers, Channels, Paths, Undo Dialog after I closed it?

From the main GIMP menu select Windows, Recently Closed Docks, and you should then see it! Screen shot below.

I was just wondering how you get that other box to pop up with the toolbar box when using GIMP. It is the box where you can track all of your steps you make while working with your image and undo certain steps if necessary.
